Streamlined organization switching

What is it?

Now is easier for you to navigate and operate across multiple organizations of both our Brandwatch Consumer Research and Social Media Management solutions allowing you to switch between them effortlessly.

Additionally, you can now use the same email address across multiple Brandwatch Consumer Research organizations, simplifying account setup and access management. For API users managing multiple organizations, a small update to the authentication request enables this expanded functionality. Find more information on our developers site.

Why it matters?

This improvement aims to reduce friction in your day-to-day workflows through a more intuitive user experience when working with multiple clients or brands within our solutions. Also, access management becomes significantly easier by removing the need for multiple email aliases, saving you time and minimizing confusion.
